About Me

I have spent the last three years working at the overlap of business analysis and technology delivery. My first proper role was at a FinTech company where I ran the support ticket queue in Dynamics 365 and managed UAT across dozens of products. After that I stepped into an Operations Manager role where I had to build project management processes from nothing — Agile ceremonies, sprint boards, automated dashboards, the whole thing.

Right now I am finishing my Master of IT at The University of Adelaide, and my capstone has me leading a team building a logistics automation system for a real Australian client. The stack is React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and OAuth 2.0.
